Michael J. Goeree –Chairman

Mr. Goeree has spent the past 20 years of his career specializing in start-up and capitulation executive management of new and distressed companies.  In this capacity, Mr. Goeree has been involved in many IPOs in America, UK and Europe.

Having studies International Business Economics at Hanze University / University of Groningen, in Groningen, The Netherlands, Mr. Goeree has extensive experience in the food & beverage, commercial mining, commodities trading, securities and medical sectors.

Mr. Goeree has been offered online admissions and will be completing his MBA at either the University of Liverpool or Cumbria University, both in the U.K., and plans to commence these studies in the spring or summer sessions of 2018.

Received a BE in Chemical Engineering from NYU. After working as an engineer he returned to school to become a MD, graduating from the University of Texas, Galveston.  He completed his cardiovascular training at Columbia Presbyterian hospital in NYC.

Dr. Goldman founded, West Coast Cardiology Consultants, and the Good Samaritan (free) Clinic of Pasco County Fl.  Dr. Goldman Continues to practice Cardiology part time.  After serving, for 25 years, as Chairman of the Board and medical director of Good Sam for, he continues to see patients pro bono in his office and at the Clinic. Dr. Goldman has served as past president of the Pasco county Med. Society, Pasco chapter of AHA, and Chief of medicine at Community hospital in Pasco Co.

Presently he is a fellow, in good standing, of the American College of Cardiology.  Dr. Goldman has won numerous awards including Health care provider of the “century” in 2000 and Mortan Plant/North Bay Physician of the year.  Dr. Goldman is married for 30 years, has five children and enjoys snow skiing, tennis and golf.

CHUCK O’NEILL – Exec. VP and Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Chuck is a private investor and partner in CDH Solutions – a small boutique healthcare strategy firm that assists start-up and emerging healthcare services companies.  Current investments include:  CareSync, Inc. (Tampa) and Transparent Health (New York, New York).  Past investments include StatPay (acquired), Health Plan One and several other small healthcare companies.

He is also CEO and Chairman of HemWell America, Inc. an anal-rectal clinic located in Tampa, Florida.  He owns and operates O’Neill Marketing an insurance general agency that sells health and life products through insurance agents throughout Florida.

Chuck wrote the business plan, was the first COO and was a founder of Minuteman Health, the Massachusetts health CO-OP funded by the Federal Government.  He was co-founder of Avalon Healthcare where he was CEO from 2004-11. Avalon was the only new commercial health plan started for the state of Florida over the past 20 years.  Prior to Avalon, Chuck was co-founder and director of Oxford Benefit Management – today United Benefit Management – selling small group ancillary benefits via the internet to employers in the New York City metropolitan area.

In 1998 Chuck was co-founder and CEO of TechHealth, Inc., a worker’s compensation management company. TechHealth was sold in 2011 for $175 million to One-Call Medical.  In 1994 he founded the public relations department at Oxford Health Plans and was a vice-president at Burson-Marsteller, the world’s largest public relations firm.

Chuck is a 1983 graduate of St. Bonaventure University.  He lives in Tampa, Florida with his wife and five children.  In his spare time Chuck writes children’s books (one at press), plays golf and practices Tae Kwon Do.

Cedric Lewis is an entrepreneur, consultant and professor of Entrepreneurship and Legal Studies. He received his Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Marketing with a minor in Business Law from Stetson University in 1997. He went on to receive his Juris Doctorate Degree and his MBA from Nova Southeastern University, both in 2000. Mr. Lewis has counseled dozens of small and medium sized firms in all aspects of business from marketing, organizational structure, finance, the public markets and legal considerations for nearly 20 years and brings a wealth of practical experience. Mr. Lewis is a husband, father and is active in civil issues in his community and is an active member of his church.

JOHN ISSAC DELGADO, M.D., Exec. Vice President & Chief Medical Officer (CMO)

Dr. Delgado practices Gastroenterology in Tampa, FL since 1990. He received his Medical Degree from the University of Illinois in 1985. Dr. Delgado completed his medical training at the University of Chicago affiliated Hospital and his Fellowship in Gastroenterology at the Department of Medicine, University of Florida, Gainesville.

He is a member of the American College of Physicians, American Gastroenterology Association, American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and the Florida Gastroenterology Society. Dr. Delgado has served as Chief of Gastroenterology at Tampa General Hospital (2000-2001 and 2009-2012), Vice Chief of Department of Gastroenterology at Tampa General Hospital (1999-2000 and 2012-present) and as member of the Medical Executive Committee at Kindred Hospital.

Dr. Linh B. Nguyen, MD is a board-certified physician and is a diplomate of the American Board of Family Practice. He graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) in Electrical Engineering in 1990.

He received his Doctor of Medicine degree (M.D.) from Hahnemann University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1994. He completed his medical training at the Pinnacle Health Systems in Pennsylvania. In 2005, he became interested in the technique of treating hemorrhoids using low electrical current through the process of electrolysis (hemorrhoidolyis) using the Ultroid device.

His background in electrical engineering helped him to understand the process and gave him insights into how to treat his hemorrhoid patients to achieve the best results. Today, he has had tremendous success with his patients and phenomenal results in the treatment of hemorrhoids.
